Shipping + Handling

Please allow between 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Every item is made to order by one individual. It can take up to 14 business days depending on demand (customers will be notified if necessary). International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the following business day. Once your item(s) ship, you will receive a email with tracking information.

Pre-order items start to process after the closing sale date. Allow up to 14 business days before shipping due to every item being made to order. Customers will be notified when items go into production + if their package ships sooner.

In the event packages are returned to sender due to invalid address. Customer must pay the shipping fee. An invoice will be sent via PayPal.

All orders are shipped by USPS, which is a United States Postal Service. Once your package ships, we are not held responsible for sudden weather changes that may result in delays, missing packages, or any circumstance that is out of our control etc. If there is an issue regarding your package + the arrival please CONTACT USPS DIRECTLY.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. If you have purchased an item + want to exchange sizes, please send an email within 24 hours. In the event your item has a defect (hole, rip, etc.) you must email us within 3 days of receipt. Anything thereafter is void.
