WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

  • Please allow between 7-14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Every printed item is made to order by one individual. Processing can take longer depending on demand (customers will be notified via newsletter if necessary). International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the following business day. Once your item(s) ship, you will receive a email with tracking information.

  • Pre-order items (embroidery) start to process after the closing sale date (weekends not included). Please allow up to 3-4 weeks (weekends not included) before shipping due to production being taken to an outside source. Customers will be notified when items go into production + if their package ships sooner.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHERE IS IT?

  • We are not held responsible for packages ‘returned to sender’ due to invalid address, no call, or failed to pay customs. Customer must pay the shipping fee to have product shipped again. An invoice will be sent via PayPal or Square. If after 3 attempts to contact customer about returned product, and there is still no response. Items will go back into inventory. We advise customers to double check their shipping address before proceeding with purchase.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PIECES?

  • Majority of our products are heat pressed paired with quality vinyl. Although they are dryer proof, we recommend caring for all clothing as if they are delicates. Machine wash cold, turn inside out, gentle/hand wash cycle, hang dry or lay flat. This will prolong the life span.

WHO IS THE MAIL COURIER?

  • All orders are shipped by USPS, which is a United States Postal Service. Once your package ships, we are not held responsible for sudden weather changes that may result in delays, missing packages, or any circumstance that is out of our control etc. If there is an issue regarding your package + the arrival please CONTACT USPS DIRECTLY. DO NOT CONTACT BGGH.

CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. If you have purchased an item + want to exchange sizes before the item is processed + shipped, please send an email within 24 hours. In the event your item has a defect (hole, rip, etc.) you must email us within 3 days of receipt. Anything thereafter is void.
